Who we are

Delta Unic Limited is a wholly Ghanaian-owned company, incorporated on 15 March 1999, which took over the assets and liabilities of Delta Twophans — a sole proprietorship — as a going concern. The business was first positioned to offer total office solutions: cutting-edge computers, computer peripherals, computer networking, office supplies and stationery.

Over 25 years we have strategised and operationalised our business model through targeted market approaches, leveraging our strengths to meet our customers' needs. Those strategies have cemented our position and secured a considerable share of Ghana's IT hardware sector. Our customers have responded positively, becoming advocates for our brand and further establishing our reputation as a market-oriented company.

Having consolidated our core business in IT hardware infrastructure, software support and total office supplies, we amended the company's objectives in line with our long-term growth strategy — diversifying into the retail and wholesale of pharmaceuticals, which took effect from 2025.

Our vision

To become one of the leading IT and total office supplies businesses in Ghana and West Africa, leveraging untapped opportunities to drive growth and to impact our industry and society.

Our mission

  • To provide the right technical skills and knowledge in an innovative manner, with flexibility and speed that exceeds our customers' expectations.
  • The pursuit of best business practices and total quality results.

Core values

  • We believe in quality, and in achieving value for money.
  • We place premium value on our internal and external customers, with an emphasis on teamwork and sustainability.

Business principles

  • Honesty and integrity are our hallmark.
  • Our guiding principle of transparency in every business dealing brings us repeat business, and turns our clients into advocates.

  2. E-learning and teaching — enabling educational institutions to continue operating.
